About SikhyaSetu

SikhyaSetu is a free, independent website for Odisha's students, parents and job seekers. Board and exam notices, government jobs, admit cards, results, syllabus, competitive exam information and study material — all in one place, in English and Odia.

Why we built it

Important information is scattered across many official websites, PDFs and newspapers, and finding a single last date can take hours. We collect it, organise it, explain it in simple words — and always link to the original official source.

How we work

• Every notice is based on an official notification or website, and the page links to that source.
• When a date changes (for example, an exam is postponed), we update the same page and show an “Updated on” note.
• Labels such as “New”, “Application open” and “Closing soon” are worked out from the dates automatically, so they don't go stale.
• Spotted a mistake? Use the “Report a mistake” button at the bottom of the page — we read every report.

What we are not

SikhyaSetu is not a government website and is not connected to any board, university or commission. We don't charge anything, there is no sign-up, and we never promise jobs or marks. See our Disclaimer for more.
